It depends on the hours of the transfer and the frequency of booking at your bank. Usually, a traditional transfer is booked up to 3 working days.

The invoice is always in a box with item. If as a result of a random accident it will not be sent in paper form with item, it is possible to print the invoice by logging into your account at www.sneakerpeeker.com or by contacting customer service between 8.00 AM - 6.00 PM. You need to prepare the order number metioned in our system.

Discount codes do not include category products and orders under £ 40. Each discount code has an expiration date, which may simply expire.

Returns and complaints

Unused goods should be returned in their original undamaged box (please do not stick labels or adhesive tape directly on the manufacturer's carton). The customer who has a registered account can make a return himself using the panel on our website.
Step by step:

2. Go to the "Add return" tab,
3. Select the returned item,
4. Print the return document and place it in the package,
5. At any logistic point, send the package yourself to our returns address:

It is not possible to exchange goods. What can you do? Return the purchased goods and simply buy the item you are interested in.

Within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, the amount due will be returned to the account if the return is accepted. Payment will be refunded to the account of the customer from which he made the payment.
