HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
1. Log in to the website and enter the "Account" tab,
2. Go to the ADD A PRODUCT RETURN,
3. Select the returned item,
4. Print the return document,
5. Insert the sales document (Invoice) and return document into the package,
6. At any logistic point, send the package yourself to our returns address:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
• Should the ordered article not fit the size or just don't look as expected, then you have the option to return it.
• If you want to receive a different shoe size, you should just place a new order. you send the wrong shoes back to us and will receive your money after the check in the same way.
• Goods may of course be tryed on for the size test, but only at home and on a clean floor. the condition must be the same as it would be tryed in the shop! you should already ensure that the goods fit.
• The goods must not show any traces of use or use, which made by the customer, otherwise these are excluded from return.
• Wear or washed goods are excluded from returns.
• Textiles and accessories must be returned in their original packaging (including the label, if present).
• Shoes must always be returned in the undamaged original carton (otherwise the return will be refused)!
• If the original carton or packaging have arrived damaged, we ask you to contact us and get a photo of the damaged carton or packaging by mail to (hello@sneakerpeeker.com).

• Please send us 2-3 photos of the damaged item and expressly explain what exactly damaged or what the defect is present (include a short note in the carton).
• Remember that normal wear due to heavy use is not a defect and that it is excluded from a complaint!
• Subsequent complaints based on complaints regarding the fit or comfort are excluded!
• The buyer must grant the dealer / manufacturer a right to improve (§ 439 bgb).

It is not possible to exchange goods. What can you do? Return the purchased goods and simply buy the item you are interested in.
You can send a return shipment at any local logistics point that allows shipping abroad. Send the package to:

Within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, the amount due will be returned to the account if the return is accepted. Payment will be refunded to the account of the customer from which he made the payment.
